If a payment fails, contact our customer support team immediately.  

Refunds for unavailable stock will be processed via MFS (Mobile Financial Services).  

If an order is canceled due to user error, refunds will be credited to the Binzo Digital Wallet.  

5. Product Delivery and Receipt

For deliveryrelated issues, create a ticket using our Support Ticket System.

If a purchased product does not function, the responsibility lies with the product's provider. Binzo Digital operates as a Resellers Channel.

Reselling products through Binzo Digital requires being part of the Binzo Digital reseller program. Unauthorized reselling is prohibited.
