Invalid or NonWorking Pins:
If a purchased pin or code is invalid, our support team will work with the original provider to resolve the issue. However, the final decision depends on the respective company's policies.
Delayed Delivery or Technical Errors:

Mobile Financial Services (MFS) for specific cases such as unavailable stock.
Binzo Digital Wallet Credit in cases of user errors or order cancellations.

1. Create a support ticket using our Support Ticket System with all relevant details (order ID, product description, and issue summary).
2. Allow our team 35 business days to investigate and resolve the matter.
3. For providerspecific issues, we will coordinate with the respective company on your behalf.

Binzo Digital acts as a reseller and is not liable for errors caused by thirdparty providers.
Refunds or resolutions for InApp Purchases or Pin Purchases are subject to the policies of the respective companies.
