📦 When will I receive my order?
We ship directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Belgium: 3–6 business days

  • Denmark: 3–6 business days

Once your package is dispatched, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time.

🌍 Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Currently, we ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Denmark only. At checkout, enter your delivery address to see available shipping options.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can monitor your package anytime.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We support popular payment methods in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and neighboring countries:

My order is delayed — what should I do?
Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to customs, courier delays, or holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, email us at info@binzodigital.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and get back to you promptly.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact support before returning for easy instructions.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@binzodigital.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
